Congress passed the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992, also known as Title X, to protect families from exposure to lead from paint, dust, and soil. Section 1018 of this law directed HUD and EPA to require the disclosure of known information on lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards before the sale or lease of most housing built before 1978.

Applicant has the right to provide Maranville Realty with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in ยง 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Maranville Realty with a PTSR, Maranville Realty is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Maranville Realty to access or use the PTSR.
